Rest In Peace White Male Protestant. Or, at least in the Democratic Party. Congress has always been disproportionately white, male, Protestant, old, educated, and wealthy. But we're seeing more and more changes, especially in the House, and especially within the Democratic Party. Are Republicans currently on the losing side of history?
