Historically, minority voters (particularly Hispanic) have voted at drastically lower rates than Whites. This is due to a number of factors we'll discuss in class. However, in the past presidential election in 2008, this "gap" was erased among younger voters between Blacks and Whites. Check out the article, and post your response.
